Within the Make Models Parts Database application, under the Reports tab, for the Make Model Parts Report, after clicking on its Generate Report button, an error dialog appears with the error "Unhandled Exception has occurred in your application. ... Could not load file or assembly Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel ..."

Why does this error appear instead of the report file being generated?
