When sales rep users are creating orders on behalf of different customers, the payment types that the sales rep can choose from is currently controlled by the payment types assigned to the customer account they are ordering on behalf of.

Is it possible for sales rep users to always be able to see a running quote payment option, regardless of the customer account they are creating an order/quote for?
