Google has introduced a new feature in Chrome that will warn you if the username/password combination has been included in any known data breeches. A data breach is when a hacker gains access to a database and releases the username and password data to the public. If you see this message it is recommended that change your password as soon as possible for all accounts that use that username/password or email/password combinations.
