Unable to import orders due to missing product codes in the Insert Database statements

In version 1.11 of the SQUIZZ.com Connector, when using a MYOB AccountRight adapter, I am unable to import orders due to the product codes missing on the ODBC insert statements that are run when the connector imports the orders into MYOB.
